It is quite funny how I came across Ugo Gattoni’s crazy beautiful rendering of a dreamy cityscape about six months ago. I was trying to transfer my files from my computer to the other one via WeTransfer instead of using a portable USB or an external hard drive just to save my lazy self. And there was Ugo Gattoni’s famous Hippopolis piece, a new scarf design for Hermès, on the background as a featured artwork. There weren't any information about the artist, but just the name. Later after doing an extensive amount of researches on this artist, I got an impression that he is "modern M. C. Escher meeting fashion".
